How do I change my subscription?
To change any aspect of your subscription, simply log into your customer account and modify your subscription based on your needs. To access your account, go to the Shop Now page and click on the small person icon in the top right corner.
When will I be billed for the month?
Your subscription will process on the day you placed your first order. Should you want to change the date your order processes, simply log into your customer account or call our Customer Service team.
Can I cancel my subscription?
While we don’t think you’ll want to, you always have the option to either pause or cancel your subscription. Cancellations must be completed before the 1st of the month to ensure you will not be charged for that month. Simply log in to your customer account and follow the cancellation steps.
Why should I subscribe?
One of the best things about subscribing is that you don’t have to worry about ordering every month! You will also get 5% off every month when you subscribe!
What do I need to know about the Pre-Pay option?
Our new Pre-Pay* option is perfect if you want to purchase all of your curriculum ahead of time! We have 9 and 12 month options for you to choose from. You can also get 15% off every month when you choose this option!
*This option is non-refundable
What is the refund policy?
If the product did not fit your needs, you are welcome to return your unopened box for a full refund within 10 days of the date you received your package. Simply call or email our amazing Customer Service team to help with this process. You will be refunded the full amount of your Dream Box. You will be responsible for shipping fees, return label and the $15 restocking fee.
