How do i change my subscription?

To change any aspect of your subscription, simply log into your customer account and modify your subscription based on your needs. To access your account, go to the Shop Now page and click on the small person icon in the top right corner.

When will I be Billed for the month?

Our billing date is on the 8th of every month. This guarantees that your box will be there before the start of the next month!

Can i cancel my subscription?

While we don’t think you’ll want to, you always have the option to either pause or cancel your subscription. Cancellations must be completed before the 7th of the month to ensure you will not be charged for that month. Simply log in to your customer account and follow the cancellation steps. 

What do i need to know about the pre-pay option?

Our new Pre-Pay* option is perfect if you want to purchase all of your curriculum ahead of time! We have 9 and 12 month options for you to choose from. You can also get 15% off every month when you choose this option!

What are the benefits of subscribing?

One of the best things about subscribing is that you don’t have to worry about having to re-order every month! You will also get 5% off every month when you subscribe!

what is the Refund policy?

If the product did not fit your needs, you are welcome to return your unopened box for a full refund within 10 days of the date you received your package. Simply call or email our amazing Customer Service team to help with this process. You will be refunded the full amount of your order, minus the return label and the $15 restocking fee.
